PDF Size Checker

Check file size and page count after parsing a PDF locally.

◇ Files are processed locally. Password-protected PDFs are unsupported.

How pdf size checker works

The page count is read from the PDF structure. Malformed or encrypted documents may not be readable; no page count is invented when parsing fails.

A practical example

A PDF of 1,500,000 bytes occupies 1,500 KB or 1.5 MB in decimal units.

Using this tool

  1. Select a supported local file using the picker or drop zone.
  2. Review the file details and available output settings.
  3. Process and inspect the output before downloading. Keep your original.
What are the file-processing limits?

PDF inspection accepts up to 30 MiB and 200 pages. Rasterization supports up to 40 pages and 16 megapixels per rendered page. Image-to-PDF accepts up to 20 images, 60 MiB combined and 40 megapixels combined. Encrypted PDFs are unsupported.
